Where is my order? Can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You will be able to click on the tracking number and see where your order is in transit. If you are a Vichy Member, you can also log into your account and access the My Order History section to see the status of your order.
What are your shipping methods and rates? ships via USPS and UPS to US addresses only. UPS Express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Territory must be shipped by our Premium shipping option.

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations all sizes of the following products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon checkout, all other products will ship as selected and this product will ship separately via ground at no extra charge.
What is my password to log into my Vichy account?
To have your password emailed to you, click on the Register/Login to My Vichy link at the top of this page and you will see a 'Forgot Password?' link. Click on that link and enter your email address. Your password will be sent shortly.
Where can I get special offers and promotional codes?
By signing up to get email from Vichy, you will be the first to know about special offers and promotions. Promotions are often offered exclusively to email members and it is not possible to obtain promotional codes by emailing or calling Customer Service.
Is my favorite Vichy product from outside the United States available here?
Vichy offers different products around the world and does not offer all products in the United States. For example, Vichy hair care and men's products are not available in the US. carries all products available in the US so the best way to check to see if the product you are looking for is available is to search the site for it.
Where are Vichy products sold?
Vichy is distributed exclusively in select pharmacies and select drugstores worldwide. Within the US, Vichy is sold within Healthy Skincare Centers at select drugstores such as CVS, Duane Reade and Walgreens.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Full or partially used items can be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the order was received. Empty products can not be returned.

Simply complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.

Within 10 business days after receiving the return, refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card holder.

Only items purchased on may be returned to Items purchased in a Vichy retail store must be returned to their original point of purchase.

There are several different ways to find products on, choose the way that works best for you:

    Face Care: By scrolling over the top navigation bucket labeled Face Care, a menu will drop down showing 3 main product areas - Category, Skin Concern and Collection. Each main area is divided into several specific areas that allow you to quickly find the type of product you are looking for. Click on any link to be brought to a page featuring that content.

  • Search by Keyword:
    In the top right area of any page you will find a search field where you can type any product name or keyword to be brought to a custom page featuring your search results.
  • Use the homepage:
    All areas of the homepage are clickable and deliver you to a detailed page with more information about the area you clicked.
How do I place an order on the website?
To purchase products on, simply find the product you are looking for and click 'Add to Bag'. You will see a shopping bag pop up on the right side of your screen. Within the shopping bag pop up, you can add more products to your order or continue to checkout. If you click the 'Continue to Checkout' button, you will be brought to your Shopping Bag where you can see the details of your shopping bag before beginning checkout. You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Before checking out, you will be prompted to either log in to your existing Vichy account, register for a new account or checkout as a guest. After choosing one of these actions and completing the necessary steps, you will be prompted through 5 steps on checkout displayed on a single page. This allows you to double check the information you have entered without moving backwards.

After confirming the accuracy of all data, including your order summary and payment information, you will click 'Place Your Order' and your order will be processed. You will see an order confirmation page that includes an order confirmation number and the details of the order that was placed.

Thank you for visiting the Vichy website. We appreciate the importance of your trust and have set forth this Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice to explain how we ( "we", "us", or "our") collect, protect, share and use your information as part of our technology platforms, including, without limitation, our company websites, web pages, sponsored social media platforms, mobile sites and mobile apps (the "Sites").

Information Collected
You may visit and browse the Sites without providing personally identifiable information about yourself. However, this may limit your ability to receive certain features, products or services from Us.

Information You Provide - We may collect Personal Information (information that can be used to identify you as an individual) such as your name, email, telephone number, home address, demographic information (such as zip code, age), or payment information (such as account or credit card number) when you make a purchase. The types of Personal Information we collect may vary depending on your use of the features of the Sites. Information We Collect Automatically

Mobile Apps: Some of our mobile apps include opt-in, geo-location services that provide location-based services, such as store locators, local weather, promotional offers and other personalized content. Some of our mobile apps include opt-in "push notifications." Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services or push notifications. If you consent to location services, we will collect information about the Wi-fi routers closest to you and the cell IDs of the towers closest to you to provide the requested location-based service, not to identify you.

Site Usage Information: L'Oreal and its third-party service providers may also use a variety of technologies that passively or automatically collect information about how the Sites are accessed and used ("Usage Information"), including your browser type, device type, operating system, application version, the pages served to you, the time you browse, preceding page views, and your use of features or applications on the Sites. This statistical data helps us understand what is interesting and relevant to users of the Sites so we can best tailor our content.

Device Identifiers: Vichy also automatically collects an IP address or other unique identifier information ("Device Identifier") for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Sites. A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a web site or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. We may use a Device Identifier to, among other things, administer the Sites, help diagnose problems with our servers, analyze trends, track users' web page movements, help identify you and your shopping cart, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Cookies: Like many Web sites, we use "Cookies," which are data files placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Sites to facilitate site navigation and to personalize your experience, including tailoring advertisements. If you connect your Facebook account to your Vichy account, we will make available and/or share your Facebook user name and your Facebook profile picture to other users of Vichy. Users may be able to view your profile and shopping activity on the Vichy and your activities may be automatically shared to both your friends on Facebook and with your Facebook friends on the Sites. We will disclose your personal information when you have elected to share your activity to Facebook. Information shared to Facebook will be connected with the Facebook account you log in with. Facebook's use of such information and any information it collects from your use of or on its service is governed by Facebook's privacy policy and our use of information is governed by this Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that you need to consult both privacy policies to amend or delete personal information which has been provided to Facebook. Business Transfers. We may share your Personal Information with other entities and our affiliates in the family of companies controlled by L'Oreal USA, Inc. for internal reasons, primarily for business and operational purposes. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or our assets, or assets related to the Sites, Personal Information, Usage Information, and any other information that we have collected about the users of the Sites may be disclosed to such entity as one of the transferred assets. Your Privacy Rights, Choice And Access
You may direct us not to share your Personal Information with third parties, not to use your Personal Information to provide you with information or offers, or not to send you newsletters, e-mails or other communications by: (i) modifying your registered user information on the Sites; (ii) sending us an e-mail here; or (iii) following the removal instructions in the communication that you receive.

Advertising/Targeted Advertising; How To Opt-Out
Vichy licenses technology to serve advertisements on its own Sites and within its content as that content is served across the Internet. In addition, Vichy may use third party network advertisers to serve advertisements and third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of the Sites and viewing of our content. We do not share Personal Information with these third parties, but ad network providers, the advertisers, the sponsors, and/or analytics service providers may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on your Device and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you, including Usage Information. We and our network advertisers may target advertisements for products and services in which you might be interested based on your visits to both the Sites and other web sites.
