Shipping Methods and Rates

Vichyusa.com ships via USPS and UPS to US addresses only. UPS Express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. Territory must be shipped by our Premium shipping option.

Standard Shipping
1. USPS Ground (7-10 days)
$5.50 shipping cost for orders under $100*
$1 additional for each $100 after that ($6.50 for orders $100 - $200, etc.)

2. UPS - Next, Express and Premium Shipping
Next Day - add an additional $15.00 to the UPS Ground shipping cost (1-2 business days)
Express (2nd Day) cost is $15.00 flat rate, regardless of $ amount of order (2-3 business days)
Premium (3rd Day) cost is $10.00 flat rate, regardless of $ amount of order (3-4 business days)

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations all sizes of the following products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon checkout, all other products will ship as selected and this product will ship separately via ground at no extra charge.

Hazardous materials
Please note that due to Federal Air Safety regulations, we cannot ship orders containing Hazardous Materials to any of the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. Thank you for understanding..

Tracking your Order

To track your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
This tracking number can also be accessed via the My Order History section for Vichy Skin Passport members.

Shipping to APO/FPO, PO Boxes and U.S. Territories

Vichy USA can only ship to destinations in the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and US Territories). Standard ground shipping only to PO Boxes.

APO orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Standard shipping charges will apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Full or partially used items can be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date received. Empty products can not be returned.

Simply complete the Return Form attached to the bottom of your invoice with the information requested. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.

Within 10 business days after receiving the return, refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of date of received.

Only items purchased on vichyusa.com may be returned to vichyusa.com. Items purchased in a Vichy retail store must be returned to their original point of purchase.
