I worked for hsn and listened to the shoppers so I understand how the majority of beauty products do not work. But this product did!! This product won SO many good housekeeping awards, was so popular and amazing!! Why would you ever discontinue it? I understand the main thing businesses focus on is the profit they make; but this product was so popular and loved and was profitable. I understand imagine if maybe you just needed to improve on better advertising and marketing these amazing products. I would often read reviews that were incentivized from people who received a free product but perhaps Vichy was missing all the people the product worked for. How could those people not see the value in it? I understand one must have high enough estrogen because if they don't, the product can't work as well. Please consider listening to all your customers and bring back this amazing timeless product. You had a product no other company nor product could compare to. This product gives a literal face lift; it happens within minutes. Many women don't want the danger of botox or fillers; with this product I looked 15+ years younger and didn't need them. I used it for over 13 years. I think the most frustrating thing is there was no warning so faithful customers couldn't stock up if we had known you were going to discontinue it.
