Face Mask

The number of times a week you should apply a face mask depends on your skin's needs and the mask itself. Vichy’s Pore Purifying Clay Mask and Double Glow Peel Mask are recommended for use once or twice a week while the Quenching Mineral Mask can be applied up to three times per week.

The most important step in face mask application is ensuring that it is applied to clean skin. Once you have cleansed your face, spread the face mask over your face and neck using your fingertips, and then tap lightly in forward and backward motions on the forehead, cheeks, and chin to maximize absorption. Rinse off or remove the face mask with a cotton pad after 5 minutes.

The amount of time a face mask should be left on your skin depends on each face mask. Vichy’s Pore Purifying Clay Mask, Double Glow Peel Mask, and Quenching Mineral Mask should all be left on for 5 minutes. Avoid letting clay face masks fully dry to prevent the skin underneath from being dried out as well.

The multi-masking technique allows you to use a different face mask on different sections of your skin at the same time to target specific skincare concerns. Before you start a multi-masking routine, you’ll want to evaluate your skin to determine what you need. We recommend a hydrating mask for dry areas. For congested pores, try a purifying clay mask, which can help minimize the look of pores. For dull skin, try an exfoliating mask to help reveal a more radiant complexion.

Vichy’s face masks can be used alone or for multi-masking. If your skin has dry areas, try the Quenching Mineral Mask to boost hydration. For congested pores, try the Pore Purifying Clay Mask. To improve the look of dull skin, try the Double Glow Peel Mask.
