Shipping and Returns

Vichyusa.com ships via UPS to United States addresses only. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Territories must ship via UPS 2nd Day Air for a fee of $15.


SHIPPING METHODS:

Standard US Ground Shipping

  • UPS = $8.00 flat rate (3-5 business days)

UPS - Next, Express and Premium Shipping

  • Next Day Air (contiguous US) = $25 flat rate (1-2 business days)
  • 2nd Day Air (contiguous US) = $15 flat rate (2-3 business days)

Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations all hazmat products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, orders shipping to any of the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory must ship via 2nd Day for a flat rate of $15.00.

The following Vichy products are considered hazmat products:

  • LiftActiv Retinol Treatment
  • Capital Soleil Ultra Light Sunscreen SPF 50
  • Vichy Homme Shaving Foam
  • Vichy Volcanic Water (50g & 150g)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

To track your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. This tracking number can also be accessed via the Order History section in My Account for registered members. If you'd like to locate your order without logging in, click on the Check Your Order Status

RETURN POLICY:

Your ultimate satisfaction with Vichy is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at vichyusa.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date – no questions asked. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a label. We apologize but return shipping fees are not refundable. Generating a prepaid label incurs an $8 fee, which will be deducted from your return total. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return.

Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.

If you purchased your Vichy product with your Shoprunner membership, please go directly to your Shoprunner account to initiate a free return. Click here for more details on Shoprunner returns.

If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.

Please note: Only items purchased at vichyusa.com may be accepted for return. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
