As of May 19th, 2026, we will no longer be selling Vichy products directly through our website. Orders placed before May 19th will still be fulfilled. This change will allow us to focus on bringing you in-depth product education to help with your unique skin and hair care concerns.

While we no longer process transactions directly, our formulas are widely available at Amazon. Use our 'Find a Retailer' tool to locate a store near you.
Orders & Returns:
If you have any inquiries or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. You can call at: 1-877-378-4249 (Monday – Friday, 9am-7pm EST), or contact us through email or chat. Thank you for your patience as we work to get back up to speed as soon as possible.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You will be able to click on the tracking number and see where your order is in transit. If you are a registered member, you can also log into your account and access the "Order History" section to see the status of your order.

Vichyusa.com is now a non-transactional site. We have shifted our focus to providing you with the most advanced skin analysis tools, hair care education and ingredients science. To purchase, click the 'Where to Buy' button on any product page.
To reset your password, visit the Account page here and click on “Forgot Your Password?”. You will be able to provide your email address and we will send an email containing a link to reset your password.
Vichy offers different products around the world and does not offer all products in the United States.
Vichy is distributed exclusively in select pharmacies and drugstores worldwide. Within the US, Vichy is sold at select retailers such as Ulta, CVS and Walgreens.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a complimentary pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return. Please call our customer care team at 1-877-378-4249 for any inquiries.
Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. Order credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.
If you purchase Vichy products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. SELF-SERVICE CANCEL:
Once you submit your order on Vichy, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes by visiting your account's order history section. For orders that are past the cancellation window, you can find additional details on how to return by visiting shipping and returns at Vichy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with your name and order number, and a customer care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
Vichy does not test any of its products or any of its ingredients on animals, anywhere in the world nor does Vichy delegate this task to others.
